Stadium General Skating and Bowling

The Siki Bennett Memorial Stadium is closed.  No General Bowling from end March until early October 2017.


Bowling is available for hourly rental please call 647-3283 or 649-8663.

On August 3, 2007 - the Rec-Plex was officially renamed Siki Bennett Memorial Stadium to commemorate one of our local sports heroes. Siki Bennett (Richard N. Bennett) took it upon himself to construct an outdoor rink and organized local hockey teams including the St. George's Junior Aces and the St. George's Jets. He was involved with youth and hockey until his death at the age of 55 years.

The Children's Playground & Ball Field in St. George's is located at the Siki Bennett Memorial Stadium (Recreation Complex).

Offers: Swings • Slides • Monkey Bars • Picnic Tables • Benches


Sunset Trail

Sandy Point from Flat Bay West
This scenic trail system runs along the shore of Flat Bay from Turf Point to Man O’War Cove.

You'll find that Sunset Trail is an excellent area for both recreation and discovery.
